Our passion is to help you find the modest gown of your dreams.
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you have 14 days from the arrival of your item to make a return or an exchange. Please note that dresses that have been customized to your hem size are not eligible to be exchanged.
How to make an exchange: Send us an email to hello@jamillahbridal.com with your email, name, order number, and the products you wish to send back. Please keep in mind, only unworn products will be accepted unless a manufacturing defect becomes apparent after use. You will receive a PDF printable pre-paid shipping label via email within 24 hours. Once we recieve your item(s), your exchange will be processed in 3-5 business days.
Shipping
We ship domestically within the Continental United States via USPS Priority Mail. Each of our gowns are packaged with care. All orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days after a purchase has been made. Please allow 7-15 business days for your order to arrive.
Shipping within the USA is flat rate of $7.99 for all purchases.
A USPS tracking number will be provided for each order.
For returns or exchanges, shipping is free, as we will provide you with a pre-paid label.
